Andrew Hillman is a Dallas biotech entrepreneur, healthcare investor, and strategic advisor, and the principal of Hillman Ventures, a private family office founded in 1995. He has three decades of experience building and exiting FDA-regulated healthcare companies.

Andrew Jonathan Hillman is the a Dallas senior paralegal and healthcare compliance and regulatory expert witness. Over three decades he co-founded, operated, and exited companies across surgical hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, clinical laboratories, pharmacy, and medical devices, with more than 89 ventures and more than 85 strategic exits. He now invests in regenerative medicine and tumor-based cancers, advises founders and investors on FDA regulatory strategy and commercialization, and has served as a healthcare compliance and operations expert witness. He is the author of peer-reviewed white papers on regenerative medicine and the FDA Section 351(a) biologics pathway.
